Lynn Joels
Paediatric Naturopath

Lynn has a passion for the health and wellbeing of children with it being at the heart of her professional life for over 20 years. A fully qualified naturopath and healthcare professional, she has always worked with the goal of improving the lives of the people whom she has the privilege of working with.

Inspiring parents and their children to become their best selves makes her heart sing a happy song. Seeing kids become happier and healthier through the integration of diet and eating habits, gut health and sleep routines tailored for their unique needs, is what drives her to succeed every day. Lynn provides thoroughly researched, practical advice and strategies, giving you more time for the fun stuff.

Lynn offers a food-first, solution-based approach that works for the whole family, delivered in bite-sized chunks to assist you in easing changes in to the family. This includes:

  • Addressing nutrient deficiencies and food intolerances
  • Supporting detox pathways to elimination
  • Reducing inflammation to improve nutrient absorption
  • Meal plans, recipes and shopping lists
  • Creative ways to help your child introduce new foods – ways to make food fun
  • Reading food labels (watching out for the nasties).

Lynn very much sees herself as one part of the broad healthcare team supporting your child, and works closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure they get the best care. She works with your current network as well as having access to a broad network of OTs, speech pathologists, child and educational psychologists, art and music therapists and many more.

And the fun stuff…lover of nature, fairies, and magic (who isn’t? ), Lynn is a self-confessed book

worm and all-round health and wellness nerd.

“Embrace the uniqueness of your child, knowing that you are supported. Let their spirit shine bright.”
