Daphne De L’Estrac
Advanced Functional Naturopath (B.HSc) | Clinical Focus on Women’s Hormones, Gut & Skin Health
Daphne De L’Estrac is a degree-qualified Functional Medicine Naturopath with a clinical focus on women’s health, gut disorders, and chronic skin conditions. Her evidence-based approach combines advanced pathology, functional testing, and personalised treatment strategies to identify and address the root causes driving persistent symptoms.
She is particularly passionate about supporting women experiencing PMOS (PCOS), recurrent thrush, bacterial vaginosis (BV), vaginal microbiome imbalances, SIBO, IBS, bloating, hormonal acne, eczema, and Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW). Her approach is grounded in systems-based healthcare, recognising the close relationship between the gut, hormones, immune system, skin, and vaginal microbiome.
A comprehensive, evidence-informed and highly individualised approach underpins her clinical practice. Conventional pathology, functional testing, and detailed clinical analysis are used to identify underlying drivers of symptoms and guide targeted, effective treatment strategies. Medical pathology is prioritised as a foundation for clinical decision-making, ensuring care is precise, appropriate, and evidence-based. Western medical understanding is seamlessly integrated with functional and naturopathic medicine to support long-term, sustainable health outcomes.
A key area of focus is compounded medicine, where nutrient deficiencies, microbiome imbalances, and individual biochemical needs are identified to create customised formulations. This approach simplifies treatment, improves compliance, and reduces the overwhelm of unnecessary supplementation.
Her practice has been created as a calm, supportive, and clinically grounded space where women can gain clarity, understand their bodies, and feel confident in their health again.
Outside of practice, Daphne enjoys strength training, running, nutrition, travel, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about living the principles she teaches and believes that long-term health is built through consistency, education, and sustainable habits. When she’s not in clinic, she is often hanging with her miniature sausage dog Leo, creating educational content, or escaping to a holiday in Mauritius, her home country.
