Emma Taylor
Emma Taylor is a Kinesiologist with a special interest in nervous system health, mind-body medicine, functional neurology, and energetic medicine. She is passionate about helping people because of her own experience with breast cancer at 31 – this sparked a deep interest in understanding the factors that influence health beyond physical symptoms alone.
Using a holistic and individualised approach, Emma combines kinesiology, muscle monitoring, brain-based functional assessments, energetic medicine, and functional neurology principles to identify areas of stress, imbalance, and reduced adaptability within the mind and body. Her work focuses on understanding the factors that may be contributing to symptoms while supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and return to balance.
Emma’s approach has been described as warm, compassionate, and insightful. She combines practical tools with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection to help people move beyond awareness alone and create meaningful, embodied change. Whether someone is navigating anxiety, overwhelm, chronic stress, emotional challenges, or ongoing health concerns, Emma’s goal is to help them build greater self-awareness, nervous system capacity, resilience, and self-trust.
Outside of work, Emma loves spending time with her partner and two children, Sage and River. Family is at the heart of everything she does and has shaped her passion for helping people create healthier, more connected lives.
She enjoys learning about the mind body connection, health, and human behaviour, and is always expanding her knowledge to better support her clients. Emma also values the outdoors, time in nature especially the ocean, meaningful conversations, and slowing down enough to appreciate the simple moments that bring connection, joy, and balance to everyday life.
