
Jacinta is a Senior Naturopath and Nutritionist who takes a holistic, patient-centred approach to healthcare, supporting the body’s natural healing abilities while addressing the underlying factors contributing to illness. With so much conflicting health information available, Jacinta understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate health challenges alone. She provides clear guidance, practical strategies, and personalised treatment plans that help her patients cut through the confusion and move forward with confidence.
Jacinta has a particular interest in complex and chronic health conditions, including mould-related illness, autoimmune disease, gut dysfunction, chronic fatigue, healthy ageing, and women’s health. As a qualified GAPS and MINDD Practitioner, she is also passionate about the connection between nutrition, gut health, and mental wellbeing.
She uses a thorough and investigative approach, incorporating functional testing where appropriate to uncover the factors contributing to symptoms and create tailored treatment plans that support long-term health outcomes.
When she’s not in clinic, you’ll often find Jacinta down at the beach for an ocean swim, spending time with her rabbits and chickens, or learning the ropes of beekeeping. She loves being outdoors, connecting with nature, and is always curious about new ways to support health, wellbeing, and sustainable living.
