Jade is a results-driven naturopath and nutritionist who combines evidence-informed natural medicine with a practical, realistic approach to healthcare.
As Owner and Clinic Director of NatMed, Jade is passionate about helping people understand and address the underlying factors contributing to their symptoms, rather than relying on short-term fixes. She has a particular interest in women’s health, perimenopause, thyroid disorders, gut health, and helping busy women restore their energy, resilience and wellbeing.
Jade takes a systematic and thorough approach, combining comprehensive case analysis, pathology interpretation, and functional testing where appropriate to uncover the factors driving symptoms and ill health.
She believes education is key to long-term wellbeing and empowers her patients with the knowledge, tools and confidence to take charge of their health.
