Our practitioners make sure that they are here to look after you. NatMed now operates with a waitlist. By agreeing to work with a 48-hour cancellation policy it means that we can offer your appointment to someone who needs it.
Failure to give appropriate notice (48 hours) will result in the full consultation fee being charged to your credit card.
Reminders will be sent to you by SMS more than 48 hours prior to your appointments. The absence of a response to this does not advise us of non-attendance.
