Dr Christian Pocklington practices as a Specialist Podiatric Surgeon and Sports Podiatrist. He has special interests in sports injuries, biomechanics and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle. He currently consults privately from both the Perth Metropolitan and Peel Regions.
Dr Pocklington graduated from the University of Western Australia in 2012 with a Bachelor of Podiatric Medicine degree and went on to complete an internship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2013, specialising in the management of the high-risk foot. In 2017 he completed a Clinical Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine at the University of Western Australia in order to gain specialist registration as a podiatric surgeon.
Outside of podiatry, Dr Pocklington is a keen athlete and a former player of the Subiaco Lions and Claremont Football Club. He enjoys maintaining a healthy balance of social, academic and outdoor interests.
