Hi Di. I have definitely been finding it easier to fall asleep and although I am still waking up during the night I am falling back to sleep much faster. Since I have seen you I have only had one night where I had trouble sleeping. I have also used the technique when I was stressed about something else. Although I am still hesitant to believe in my problem being fixed so easily the evidence is starting to make it hard to doubt. Thank you for teaching me such an effect method and really opening my eyes to some of the deep seeded reasons behind my sleep problems. thanks again and I will keep you updated.
